Terms and Conditions

By hiring our cleaning or remodeling services, the client accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the company and the client.

This contract covers only the cleaning and remodeling services offered, specifying the scope, limitations, and possible exceptions. Specific details of each service, such as cleaning frequency or remodeling areas, are set forth in the individual contract.

The client must pay for the service according to the agreed terms (e.g. a deposit for remodeling services or full payment upon completion of a one-time cleaning service). Accepted payment methods and due dates are detailed in each contract.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges and the company reserves the right to suspend service until full payment is received.

For scheduled cleaning services, the client must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

For remodeling projects, the refund or cancellation policy will depend on the progress of the project and the materials purchased. In some cases, a percentage of the payment may be retained to cover costs incurred.

The client must ensure access to the area where the service will be provided. In the case of pets, fragile or valuable objects, the client must take the necessary precautions or notify the company about specific requirements.

For remodeling services, the client is responsible for cleaning the area and ensuring access for the work team.

The company assumes responsibility for providing trained personnel and ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with specified quality standards.

In the event of damage caused by work equipment, the company will assess the situation and offer appropriate repair or compensation. However, liability is not assumed for damage due to pre-existing conditions or improper use of the space.

For cleaning services, a review of the work is guaranteed upon completion. If the client is not satisfied, they must notify us within 24 hours and corrective action will be taken to resolve the issues.

For remodeling projects, a final inspection will be conducted with the client to confirm that everything is according to plan before the project is completed.

The Company is committed to protecting customer privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

The company reserves the right to modify these general conditions. Any changes will be communicated to the client in advance.

Any dispute relating to the contracted services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided. In the event of a conflict, both parties agree to try to resolve it first through mediation.
